Every night before going to bed， I have to drink a glass of milk， which has become a habit. Mother said that it's good to drink milk before going to bed and sleep soundly. It's also good for my health. And every night before going to bed， I send me a cup of fragrant milk. I began to take it for granted： "When I was in junior high school， I should supplement more nutrition."
Until one day， I found that my mother came home from work every day and said she was tired， and her legs ached from time to time. I advised her to go and have a look. But she always said for a few days， when she was not busy. But I haven't seen it yet. I was so worried about my mother's health that I wanted to find a time to go to the hospital with her.
